Concerning photographs and videos captured during Ivy Standard Educational Company’s trips, tours, workshops, and other events, all group photographs and videos taken using a professional camera, mobile device, or drone are the property of Ivy Standard Educational LLC. The company retains the right to sell these materials, and their use for commercial purposes without prior permission is prohibited. Participants, agents, or clients are permitted to use group photographs taken independently for personal purposes, provided that proper attribution is given to Ivy Standard as follows: “PHOTOS: THE COURTESY OF IVY STANDARD.” This statement, along with the inclusion of Ivy Standard's logo in the photographs and videos, is deemed sufficient for reference.
